partenariat de fait dans le domaine de l&#8217;assistance \u00e9lectorale internationale en signant les lignes directrices sur l&#8217;assistance \u00e9lectorale.<\/p><p>Ces lignes directrices ont \u00e9t\u00e9 renouvel\u00e9es en 2008 et plus r\u00e9cemment en avril 2016, lorsqu&#8217;elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement approuv\u00e9es et sign\u00e9es par l&#8217;administrateur du PNUD Helen Clark et le commissaire Neven Mimica (voir la vid\u00e9o de l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement).<\/p><p>Les lignes directrices \u00e9tablissent le groupe de travail conjoint sur l&#8217;assistance \u00e9lectorale et d\u00e9finissent les param\u00e8tres de la coop\u00e9ration entre les deux organisations sur des questions telles que la formulation des projets, le recrutement, la visibilit\u00e9
